Our Step by Step Procedure
Construction Excellence
Paul L Kirk Pty Ltd Construction & Design is committed to, and has been recognised by Housing Industry Australia, as a builder who demonstrates construction excellence. We ensure all building projects are completed with superior attention to detail.

Step 1: The Estimate then Quotation
The Paul L Kirk Pty Ltd process for tendering and quoting is designed so that the client is well informed and has a realistic awareness of the costing of their proposed new home or renovation/addition.

  1. Estimation upon Square Meter Rate - Basic Construction Detail.  The knowledge gained at this stage allows you to conceptualize the potential price of your construction. It is a time to reconcile your expected costing against the potential price to realize the construction of your home.
  1. Preliminary Quotation. A full tender based upon core costs, client choices and quantities surveyed. Due to the associated professional judgments and time allocations a nominal fee is applied.
  2. Fixed Contract is quoted upon and signed for construction to begin.

BuildStep 2: The Contract
Building your custom home allows you to use a contract that best suits your needs. Our contracts are developed by Housing Industry Australia HIA and include:

  1. Building Contract for Small Works
  2. Building Contract for Fixed Price
  3. Building Contract for Project Management

Step 3: Construction and Communication
Building your home is a sequential process that is best achieved through the application of systematic structures - timelines and schedules.
